A Quick Cap Of How My 2014 Went!

I just wanted to drop a line to wish you a happy and prosperous new year!  Hopefully your holidays were filled with joy!

To give you an update on how I am doing.  I had a long vacation to south west New Mexico and to Tucson as well for my holidays. I ate way too much food but had a much needed relaxing vacation visiting family.  Now it’s back to work and I’m hoping to hit the New Year running.  Before the holidays I spent my time recovering from a motorcycle accident that happened on October 6.  I got pretty beat up and broke quite a few bones, but other than the slowing of my business I am pretty much 100% all healed up!

Overall I had a fairly successful year as a new agent.  I just barely came short of my goal for number of closings by one sale!  Overall I am satisfied with how 2014 ended, however for 2015 I am hoping to double my closings!

I will obviously need some help from you to achieve my goal for 2015.  Real estate in Denver is still hot! Interest rates are still low for buyers and houses are still selling incredibly fast! So if you are ready to buy or sell or know someone that is ready to buy or sell I would sincerely appreciate the referral! I guarantee hard work and diligence for all my clients.  Whether you are a past, current, or future client I will take great care of you.
