Colorado's 23 Best Burgers AND My Review On The Best Place On This List

If there's one thing I love in this world it's a delicious burger. Nothing beats the delicious, juicy, cheesy goodness that is a hamburger.

I am proud to say that my favorite place in ALL of Denver made this list: My Brother's Bar. This place is AMAZING. It is (if I'm correct) the oldest still operating bar in Denver. It has an old timey feel that, honestly, is a little dive-bar-esc. There are no T.V.'s at all in the entire bar/restaurant which almost forces you to be social (my kind of place)!

The bartenders know how to make the classiest of drinks and also pour the classiest of draft beer selections. My favorite part about the "bar" is that none of the brews are "main stream"...which apparently is oh-so hipster.

Lastly, my favorite part about this place...THE FOOD!!!! I'm not going to lie and say everything here is delicious. That's not because there aren't good items on the menu, it's because I haven't tried ANYTHING ELSE but the burgers!!!! This article is going to tell you to get the "J.C.B. Burger" or the "Johnny Burger" which are fair choices...but I'm going to let you in a little secret...listen to me and do as I do and you won't be disappointed, I promise:

Walk in
Find a seat and get situated
DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE FOOD MENU!!!!
Order your choice of beverage: My choice is either the Fuller's London Pride or the Full Sail Amber. Or If I'm feeling frisky, I'll order an Old Fashioned
After you sip a little bit of your beverage, look up at your server and say, "I think I'm/we're ready to order"
Then you say this verbatim: "I'll have a (Pick One: Single/Double) Ralphie-Johnny (Pick One: With/With Out) Onions (they are grilled onions FYI). I will also have a Combo Fries & Onion Rings."
Hand the menu to your server like you just commanded the God of Hamburgers HIMSELF to walk back into the kitchen and make your burger.
Once your burger arrives, unwrap it and take a big whiff of what will soon be in your stomach.
DO NOT...I REPEAT: DO NOT...PUT ANY CONDIMENTS ON IT. That is like making it to the World Series and then using a Wiffle Ball Bat...YOU JUST DON'T DO IT.
Enjoy your burger. If you do not finish it, you are banned for life from this place.
Lastly: Respect this place. You have now been blessed by the food gods and are on holy ground.
